HOUSTON, Aug. 25 (UPI) -- Terry Dunfield's equalizing goal in the 68th minute Saturday lifted Toronto FC into a 1-1 draw with Houston.

On the play, Dunfield streaked through the box and collected an accurate cross from Darren O'Dea. The midfielder was alone and struck a sharp header at Dynamo goalkeeper Tally Hall, who couldn't keep it out of the net.

Toronto, virtually eliminated from the playoffs, used the draw to improve to 5-15-6.

Will Bruin got the only goal for the Dynamo (11-6-9), who extended their home unbeaten streak to 21 regular season matches.
