LONDON, Aug. 7 (UPI) -- Chris Hoy
of Britain won the Olympic gold medal Tuesday in men's Keirin cycling.
Maximilian Levy of Germany took the silver medal. There was a dead heat for third so bronze medals were awarded to both Simon van Velthooven of New Zealand and Teun Mulder of the Netherlands.
Hoy's gold medal was the sixth of his Olympic career, more than any other British athlete.
