Serena Williams, on record streak, remains No. 1

AKRON, Ohio, Aug. 4 (UPI) -- Jim Furyk stayed atop the leaderboard of the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational for the third straight round Saturday after registering an even-par 70.
Furyk will seek his 17th PGA Tour title Sunday after completing Round 3 at 11-under 199 -- good for a one-shot lead over Louis Oosthuizen.
The former British Open champion fired a 2-under 68 to pull within one at minus-10.
Grabbing sole possession of third place was PGA Championship winner Keegan Bradley, who carded a 3-under 67 to finish 54 holes at 7-under 203.
Knotted in fourth at minus-6 were Rory McIlroy, who fired a 67, and Steve Stricker (68).
Justin Rose and Bo Van Pelt each registered 4-under 66s and John Senden turned in a 69 to share sixth place at 5-under 205.
