CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 26 (UPI) -- An additional victim has made accusations against a Charlotte, N.C., soccer coach arrested on first-degree child sex offense charges.
Rowan County police said another person has accused Ralph William Wager of molesting a boy in New York City from 1960 to 1969, The Charlotte Observer reported. Wager is currently facing charges of first-degree child sex offense, crimes against nature and taking indecent liberties with a child for having multiple alleged sexual encounters with young boy from 1987 to 1989.
Wager's bail was increased to $1 million. He spent Wednesday in the Rowan County jail.
