MLB: Arizona 8, Houston 2

PHOENIX, July 22 (UPI) -- Chris Young's three-run homer Sunday keyed the Arizona Diamondbacks' sixth inning rally that ended with an 8-2 win and a series sweep of Houston.

The D-backs erased a 2-1 deficit in the sixth when Stephen Drew, Aaron Hill and Jason Kubel hit consecutive singles to load the bases against Jordan Lyles (2-7), and two runs scored on when Astros shortstop Marwin Gonzalez mishandled Miguel Montero's grounder.

Lyles was rocked for eight runs (five earned) on 10 hits before being lifted after 5 2/3 innings.

Justin Maxwell socked a solo homer for the Astros, who were outscored 33-13 in their three straight losses to the Diamondbacks.
