Wiggins holds lead in Tour de France

CAP D'AGDE, France, July 14 (UPI) -- Andre Greipel of Germany narrowly won the 13th stage of the Tour de France Saturday in a photo finish with Peter Sagan of Slovakia.

Bradley Wiggins of Great Britain held on to the overall lead in the Tour by 125 seconds over teammate Christopher Froome.

Greipel completed the 134-mile ride from Saint-Paul-Trois-Chateaux to Le Cap d'Agde in 4 hours, 57 minutes and 59 seconds for his third stage win of the epic race.

Sagan was a fraction of a second behind Greipel, and Norway's Edvald Boasson Hagen took third place.
