STUTTGART, Germany, July 14 (UPI) -- Top-seeded Janko Tipsarevic of Serbia advanced to the final of the Mercedes Cup in Stuttgart, Germany, where he will meet Juan Monaco Sunday.

Tipsarevic beat Brazil's Thomaz Bellucci in Saturday's semifinal match 6-4, 2-6, 6-4 and will go for his first title of the year.

Monaco held off Guillermo Garcia-Lopez of Spain 6-3, 3-6, 7-5 to set the stage for what could be his third clay title of the year. Monaco led 5-1 in the third set before Garcia-Lopez rallied to win four consecutive games and tie the set.
