COLUMBIA, S.C., July 13 (UPI) -- Ray Tanner, who coached the South Carolina baseball team for 16 years, has been named athletic director, the university announced Friday.
"Sometimes you can search the world over for the perfect candidate and at times you know you have the right leader within your organization," said Harris Pastides, the university
