ARLINGTON, Texas, June 26 (UPI) -- The Texas Rangers starting pitcher Colby Lewis went on the 15-day disabled list Tuesday with tendinitis in his right forearm, the American League club said.
Lewis has a 6-6 record with a 3.51 earned-run average in 15 starts this season. He has the best strikeout-to-walk ratio (7.50) in the big leagues.

The right-hander is eligible to return to the active roster July 9.
