MLS: Chivas USA 2, Montreal 1

CARSON, Calif., June 21 (UPI) -- Pablo Angels scored on a header in the 82nd minute Wednesday, lifting Chivas USA to a 2-1 win over Montreal.

Chivas (5-7-3) won at home for only the second time this year and ended a three-game winless streak.

Alejandro Moreno put Chivas in front in the 15th minute and Montreal tied it just before the half on a goal from Felipe Martins.

Montreal (4-8-3) has won just once in its last five outings.
