PHILADELPHIA, June 20 (UPI) -- Hunter Pence raced home from third on a fielding error by first baseman Todd Helton in the ninth Wednesday, giving Philadelphia a 7-6 win over Colorado.

The Rockies took a one-run lead into the bottom of the ninth in search of what would have been only their second victory in 13 games. Instead, Philadelphia staged a two-out rally against Rafael Betancourt (1-3).

After the first two batters had been retired, Ty Wigginton singled to left and then scored the tying run on a double by Pence. Carlos Ruiz was walked intentionally and Shane Victorino loaded the bases by reaching on an infield hit.

That brought up Placido Polanco, whose grounder to first was misplayed by Helton while the winning run scored.

The Rockies wasted three home runs -- a three-run blast by Wilin Rosario in the second and solo shots from Michael Cuddyer in the third and Chris Nelson in the fourth.

Philadelphia's Jonathan Papelbon (1-2) gave up the go-ahead run in the top of the ninth on Dexter Fowler's two-out single, but became the winning pitcher when the Phillies rallied. It was the first blown save in 18 chances this year for Papelbon.
