MLB: Baltimore 8, Pittsburgh 6

BALTIMORE, June 12 (UPI) -- Adam Jones went 4-for-5 with a solo homer and two RBI Tuesday, leading a 15-hit attack in the Baltimore Orioles' 8-6 interleague win over Pittsburgh.

Chris Davis and Mark Reynolds each connected for two-run home runs and Brian Roberts went 3-for-4 with an RBI for the Orioles in his first major league game in more than a year.

J.J. Hardy added a pair of hits, including an RBI single for Baltimore, which has won three straight and climbed into a tie with Toronto for second place in the American League East, one game behind the New York Yankees.

Wei-Yin Chen (6-2) earned the victory, yielding four runs on eight hits over 6 1/3 innings, while Jim Johnson collected his 19th save.

Brad Lincoln (3-2) surrendered four runs on nine hits in a 4 1/3-inning effort for the Bucs, who fell one game behind first-place Cincinnati the NL Central. The Reds defeated Cleveland Tuesday.

Neil Walker socked a two-run homer, finishing with three RBI, while Casey McGehee added two hits and an RBI for Pittsburgh.
