Bosh's masseuse dies

MIAMI BEACH, Fla., June 5 (UPI) -- Miami Heat power forward Chris Bosh's masseuse died after collapsing at his Miami Beach home where she went for a massage session, police say.

The Miami Herald reported the unidentified woman arrived at Bosh's home shortly before 10:30 a.m. Monday. A Miami Beach police report said she looked "well and in good spirits," but passed out suddenly shortly before 2:30 p.m. and was taken to a hospital where she died about 11:45 p.m., the newspaper said.

The police report said a friend told officers the woman had survived cancer a year ago.

Police were investigating the death, but Detective Vivian Hernandez said, "It doesn't look like any foul play is suspected at this time."

The Heat and Boston Celtics play Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals Tuesday night. The series is tied at two wins apiece.
