BOSTON, May 26 (UPI) -- Rajon Rondo netted 11 points down the stretch Saturday and the Boston Celtics advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals with an 85-75 win over Philadelphia.

Rondo finished with 18 points and scored nine straight after teammate Paul Pierce fouled out with 4:16 remaining, boosting the Celtics to a win in Game 7 of their conference semifinal series against the 76ers.

The Celtics point guard contributed 10 rebounds and 10 assists in racking up his ninth career playoff triple-double for Boston, which will take on the Miami Heat in the conference finals starting Monday in Miami.

It will be the third straight season the two teams have vied for the East title -- the Celtics won in 2010 and the Heat took last year's match-up.

Kevin Garnett provided 18 points and 13 rebounds, Brandon Bass added 16 points and Pierce finished with 15 and nine rebounds in the victory.

Andre Iguodala scored 18 points to lead Philadelphia, which was playing in its first Game 7 since 2001.
