MLS: Houston 2, Los Angeles 1

HOUSTON, May 26 (UPI) -- Andre Hainault's second-half goal capped a Houston rally that carried the Dynamo to a 2-1 decision over struggling Los Angeles Sunday.

After spotting the Galaxy a 1-0 lead, the Dynamo (4-3-4) tied it in the 38th when Brian Ching's shot caromed off the crossbar and went in on off Los Angeles defender Mike Magee for an own-goal.

Houston got the decisive tally in the 57th. Hainault's header from the right side of the six-yard box found the net after a corner kick and Houston held on to win a rematch of the 2011 MLS Cup.

The Dynamo ran their unbeaten streak to four games.

The defending MLS champion Galaxy (3-8-2), meanwhile, stretched their own winless skid to seven straight contests.

Edson Buddle scored for Los Angeles.
