De Jesus, who was called up from the minors Sunday, also drove in a run with a sacrifice fly in a five-run seventh inning that pulled the Dodgers even with the Diamondbacks at 6-6.
The win was the sixth in a row for the Dodgers, who have 12 wins in their last 15 games despite having five players go on the disabled list since May 7.
Josh Lindblom (2-0) got the win in relief of Aaron Harang. Kenley Jansen was credited with his sixth save.
The Diamondbacks were beset by two blown saves in the game. Bryan Shaw lost one lead and J.J. Putz (0-3) blew the other opportunity and also took the loss.
