LOS ANGELES, May 20 (UPI) -- Tim Duncan's 21 points led six San Antonio players in double figures Sunday and the Spurs completed a playoff sweep of the Los Angeles Clippers 102-99.

The Spurs will face either the Oklahoma City Thunder or Los Angeles Lakers for the Western Conference title and a trip to the NBA Finals.

The Thunder lead the series 3-1 and can advance to the conference finals with a win over the Lakers in Oklahoma City Monday.

Tony Parker scored 17 points, Danny Green and Gary Neal had 14 points each and Manu Ginobili and Tiago Splitter each scored 11 points for San Antonio -- which has swept both of its post-season series and has won 18 straight games dating back to the tail end of the regular season.

Chris Paul led the Clippers with 23 points and 11 assists. Blake Griffin had 21 points and five rebounds.

Griffin took four stitches in his lip at halftime after a collision with Ginobili late in the first half.
