MLB: Houston 3, Miami 2

HOUSTON, May 8 (UPI) -- Pinch-hitter Brian Bogusevic stroked a go-ahead RBI double in the eighth inning Tuesday and Houston snapped Miami's seven-game winning streak 3-2.

The Astros erased a 2-0 deficit in the sixth inning when they scored two runs on a pair of fielding errors by Marlins second baseman Omar Infante on the same Travis Buck grounder.

Then in the eighth, Buck collected a two-out single off Ryan Webb (1-1) and Bogusevic, pinch-hitting for pitcher Wilton Lopez, sliced a fly ball off the left field wall that just eluded a leaping Logan Morrison, scoring Buck with the decisive run.

Lopez (3-0) earned the win with a scoreless top of the eighth and Brett Myers racked up his eighth save for Houston, which evened its three-game set at Minute Maid Park.

Infante and John Buck hit solo homers for Miami, which lost for the first time in May.
