Sergio Garcia said Tiger Woods fried chicken remark not racist
CARSON, Calif., April 29 (UPI) -- Pat Noonan's stoppage time goal Saturday elevated the Los Angeles Galaxy into a 1-1 tie with FC Dallas.
Noonan scored the late equalizer when Dallas defender Jair Benitez couldn't clear and Chad Barrett found him at the top of the area. The substitute then fired a shot past Dallas goalie Chris Seitz to earn a point for the Galaxy (3-3-1).
Brek Shea got the only goal for Dallas (3-3-3) when he converted a penalty kick in the 61st minute.
Seitz was denied in his bid for his first shutout since 2009.
