SALT LAKE CITY, April 25 (UPI) -- Paul Millsap had 26 points and 15 rebounds Tuesday to lead the Utah Jazz past Phoenix 100-88 and into the eighth and final Western Conference playoff berth.
The win ended a seven-game losing streak to the Suns and set up a likely confrontation with San Antonio for the Jazz. Al Jefferson had 18 points and 16 rebounds and scored eight points in the fourth quarter to put the game on ice for Utah.

Steve Nash led the Suns with 14 points and 11 assists. Phoenix shot just 40.5 percent from the field and was 5-of-23 from 3-point range.
Phoenix was outscored 25-19 in the first quarter and trailed 49-42 at halftime.
