INDIANAPOLIS, April 23 (UPI) -- Indiana's Paul George supplied 27 points and 10 rebounds Monday and the Pacers got past Detroit 103-97 despite resting most of their starting lineup.

That didn't stop Indiana's offense, however, as five Pacers finished in double figures en route to their eighth victory in nine games.

David West led the group with 20 points and playoff-bound Indiana enters the post-season with the third seed in the Eastern Conference.

The Pistons were led by Greg Monroe with 18 points and 12 boards. Brandon Knight helped out with 16 points.
