CHICAGO, April 16 (UPI) -- Kevin Seraphin netted 21 points and John Wall added 16 Monday in the Washington Wizards' 87-84 victory over short-handed Chicago.

Seraphin grabbed 13 rebounds and handed off five assists for Washington, which hung on for the victory when the Bulls' C.J. Watson missed a 3-point attempt at the buzzer.

The Wizards snapped a streak of seven straight losses to Eastern Conference-leading Chicago, which was playing without top scorers in Derrick Rose and Luol Deng.

Richard Hamilton had 22 points, Watson finished with 16 and Carlos Boozer added 16 for the Bulls.
