LOS ANGELES, April 17 (UPI) -- Nick Young came off the bench to score 19 points Monday and the Los Angeles Clippers beat Oklahoma City 99-77 after clinching a Western Conference playoff spot.

Blake Griffin provided 17 points and 11 rebounds while Randy Foye added 13 points in the Clippers' fourth straight victory -- two of the wins coming over the Thunder.

The fourth-seeded Clippers officially clinched a post-season berth earlier Monday when Houston lost to Denver.

Kevin Durant scored 24 points in Oklahoma City's fourth consecutive road loss to the Clippers.

The Thunder finished the day in a tie with San Antonio for the West's top spot.
