April 9, 2012 at 9:53 PM

INDIANAPOLIS, April 9 (UPI) -- Indiana's George Hill and Danny Granger scored 18 points apiece Monday and the Pacers strengthened their playoff positioning with a 103-98 win over Toronto.

The Raptors, trailing by 15 points after three quarters, narrowed the deficit to five thanks to 10 late points from Linas Kleiza, but Leandro Barbosa's 3-pointer with 2:09 left turned back the Toronto rally.

Hill also grabbed seven rebounds, while Paul George added 15 points and Barbosa finished with 14 as the Pacers solidified their third-seed position in the Eastern Conference with their fifth win in six games.

Kleiza ended with 18 points off the bench and Alan Anderson chipped in 17 for the Raptors.
