NBA: Boston 103, Philadelphia 79

BOSTON, April 8 (UPI) -- Kevin Garnett scored 20 points to lead a balanced Boston attack Sunday and the Celtics improved their divisional lead with a 103-79 win over Philadelphia.

Brandon Bass added 18 points and Paul Pierce contributed 17 for the Celtics, who lengthened their advantage over the 76ers atop the Atlantic Division to four games with the victory.

Rajon Rondo chipped in with 15 assists, while Avery Bradley supplied 18 points in the victory, Boston's seventh in nine contests.

The Sixers, meanwhile, dropped their fourth straight despite 14 points and 13 rebounds from Nikola Vucevic.
