MINNEAPOLIS, April 4 (UPI) -- A reverse layup by Charles Jenkins with 22 seconds left put Golden State in front Wednesday and the Warriors fought off Minnesota 97-94.
Golden State overcame a 20-point deficit in the second period to halt its season-long, six-game losing streak. Minnesota has lost four in a row.

After J.J. Barea tied it for the Timberwolves on a 3-pointer, Jenkins drove the lane for the go-ahead basket.
Barea then missed another long-range try and Jenkins hit 1-of-2 free throws with a second remaining to account for the final score. David Lee led Golden State with 31 points and Jenkins had 19.
Kevin Love had 29 points and 12 rebounds for the Timberwolves but he missed all seven of his 3-point attempts.
