SUNRISE, Fla., April 3 (UPI) -- Andrew Ladd scored 1:48 into overtime Tuesday and the Winnipeg Jets denied Florida a Southeast Division crown with a 5-4 comeback win over the Panthers.

Ladd's second goal of the game came on a wrist shot off a drop pass from Blake Wheeler, completing a Jets rally from 3-0 second-period deficit.

Bryan Little and Zach Bogosian each added a goal and an assist and Ondrej Pavelec earned the victory with 34 saves -- including one on a breakaway by Florida's Tomas Fleischmann at the end of regulation.

Fleischmann, Kris Versteeg and Tomas Kopecky scored for the Panthers, who needed two points to clinch the division crown but settled for one.

Jose Theodore absorbed the loss after allowing five goals on 30 shots.
