NBA: San Antonio 112, Indiana 103

SAN ANTONIO, April 1 (UPI) -- Tim Duncan was a force at both ends of the court Saturday, scoring 23 points and grabbing 11 rebounds in the San Antonio Spurs' 112-103 win over Indiana.

Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker helped the Spurs to their seventh straight win with 18 points each.

Gary Neal also reached double figures with 11 points for San Antonio.

Paul George and Danny Granger led the Pacers with 18 points apiece.

David West and Roy Hibbert chipped in 15 points each, but Indiana still lost for the second time in three games.
