NBA: Philadelphia 103, Cleveland 85

PHILADELPHIA, March 27 (UPI) -- Jodie Meeks pumped in a career-high 31 points Tuesday, draining seven 3-pointers in the Philadelphia 76ers' 103-85 victory over Cleveland.

Meeks, starting in place of injured guard Andre Iguodala, helped the Sixers grab a 1/2-game lead over idle Boston atop the Atlantic Division.

Jrue Holiday supplied 19 points and six assists while Lou Williams added 11 points, seven rebounds and seven assists for Philadelphia.

Anthony Parker scored 14 points to lead the Cavaliers, who dropped their fourth straight.

Antawn Jamison and Alonzo Gee scored 13 apiece and Kyrie Irving chipped in with 12 and seven assists for Cleveland.
