NBA: San Antonio 114, Oklahoma City 105

OKLAHOMA CITY, March 17 (UPI) -- Tony Parker scored 25 points Friday in sending San Antonio to a 21-point lead and the Spurs held on to defeat Oklahoma City 114-105.

San Antonio won its third in a row and handed the Thunder only their fourth home loss of the season.

All five San Antonio starters scored in double figures, Tim Duncan finishing with 16 points and 19 rebounds. DeJuan Blair had 22 points and 11 boards and Danny Green had 21 points.

San Antonio overcame typically huge efforts from Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, who combined to score 61 points.

Westbrook had 36 points and six assists. Durant added seven rebounds to his 25 points.
