NASHVILLE, Feb. 22 (UPI) -- Pekka Rinne turned aside 32 Vancouver shots Tuesday and the Nashville Predators cooled off the surging Canucks with a 3-1 victory.

Rinne logged his 33rd win of the season and third in five starts for the Predators, who dealt the Canucks their first regulation loss in more than a month.

Mike Fisher had a goal and two assists while David Legwand and Sergei Kostitsyn also scored, helping Nashville remain undefeated over nine consecutive home games.

Vancouver came into the game sporting a 10-0-3 record since Jan. 15.

Roberto Luongo yielded three goals on 28 shots and Dale Weise got the only Canucks' tally in the loss.
