NBA: Dallas 89, Boston 73

DALLAS, Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Dirk Nowitzki scored 26 points and grabbed 16 rebounds Monday in the Dallas Mavericks' 89-73 victory over Boston.

Dallas handed shorthanded Boston a fourth straight loss with the help of Jason Terry, who provided 16 points and six assists.

The Mavs scored 25 points off 17 turnovers committed by the Celtics, who were playing without Kevin Garnett (personal leave) and Rajon Rondo (suspension).

Paul Pierce put in 20 points and Ray Allen provided 15 for Boston.
