Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

SAN ANTONIO, Feb. 20 (UPI) -- The San Antonio Spurs said Monday they will be without guard Manu Ginobili and forward Tiago Splitter for two weeks because of injuries.
Both were hurt Saturday during the Spurs' overtime victory over the Los Angeles Clippers.
Magnetic resonance imaging confirmed Ginobili sustained a left internal oblique strain. The 10-year veteran, who has played in nine games this season due to a broken left hand, is averaging 12.1 points, 3.3 assists and 2.9 rebounds.
Splitter strained his right calf. The reserve forward is averaging 9.4 points and 5.2 rebounds in 31 games.
San Antonio is on a 10-game win streak.
