SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Defending champion Milos Raonic will face unseeded Denis Istomin for the SAP Open title after both won semifinals Saturday.

Third-seeded Raonic gained his fourth ATP World Tour final following a 7-6(4), 6-2 win over American Ryan Harrison, firing 20 aces and winning 81 percent of service points in the 78-minute contest.

He'll face world No. 61 Istomin of Uzbekistan, who continued his improbable run with a 6-3, 6(4)-7, 6-3 victory over fifth-seeded Frenchman Julien Benneteau in Saturday's other semifinal.

Istomin had advanced with a stunning upset over No. 2 seed Andy Roddick in Friday's quarterfinal round. He'll be seeking his first career title Sunday against Raonic, the defending champion in San Jose.
