LEXINGTON, Ky., Feb. 17 (UPI) -- The folks at Stonestreet Farms in Lexington, Ky., are looking for a name for the Curlin colt produced Jan. 22 by Rachel Alexandra.
The name should be regal. Curlin was U.S. Horse of the Year for 2007 and 2008. Rachel Alexandra snagged the same honor for 2009.
The person suggesting the winning name will get an overnight stay at the Stonestreet Farms guest house, a private tour of the farm and a "meet and greet" with Rachel Alexandra and "fill in the blank."
Proposed names can be submitted by email at www.stonestreetfarms.com or directly to [email protected] by midnight EST Sunday.
One submission per household will be accepted and should include the name, mailing address and contact phone number for the person making the suggestion.
