COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Anaheim's Corey Perry notched his fifth career hat trick Sunday and the Ducks registered a 5-3 win over Columbus.

Perry scored 15 1/2 minutes apart in the first period -- with the second goal coming on a power-play -- to hand the Ducks a 2-0 advantage.

His third marker and 26th of the season came with less than 8 minutes left in the middle frame during another power play, extending Anaheim's lead to 5-1.

Bobby Ryan added a goal and an assist while Jason Blake also found the net for the Ducks, who have won three of their last four games.

Ryan Getzlaf chipped in three assists and Jonas Hiller made 24 saves in the victory.

Fedor Tyutin led the Blue Jackets with a goal and a helper while Steve Mason stopped 30-of-35 shots for Columbus.
