
PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Ryan Callahan corralled his second career hat trick Saturday and the New York Rangers continued their dominance of Philadelphia with a 5-2 win over the Flyers.
Marian Gaborik had a four-point game with a goal and three assists for the Rangers, who bested Philadelphia for the fifth straight time this season and took their seventh consecutive win in the series overall.
Artem Anisimov also scored for Atlantic Division-leading New York, which stretched its advantage over Philadelphia in the divisional standings to six points.
Henrik Lundqvist earned the victory with 31 saves.
Sergei Bobrovsky, meanwhile, turned aside 21-of-26 shots as the Flyers fell for the fourth time in five games.
Wayne Simmonds contributed a goal and and Claude Giroux also scored in the loss.
