Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Blake Griffin's 21 points and 10 rebounds Saturday sparked the Los Angeles Clippers to 111-86 win over Charlotte, dealing the Bobcats a 14th straight loss.
Four other Clippers starters scored in double figures, including Chris Paul (18 points and 14 assists), Caron Butler (16 points), Randy Foye (12) and DeAndre Jordan (11 points and 12 rebounds).
The victory was the fourth in five games for the Clippers during their current six-game road trip.
The Bobcats, meanwhile, suffered a franchise-record 14th straight setback.
Rookie Kemba Walker led Charlotte with 19 points.
