Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

WASHINGTON, Feb. 10 (UPI) -- Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh combined for 50 points Friday and helped Miami pull away late for a 106-89 decision over Washington.
The Wizards, who have just five victories for the season, were trailing by only a point late in the third period before falling victim to a 21-8 run that broke open the game.
Wade scored 26 points and Bosh had 11 rebounds to go with his 24 points. LeBron James added 18 points and nine assists for the Heat in what was Miami's fourth win in five outings.
Washington was led by JaVale McGee with 24 points. The Wizards have lost six out of seven.
