NEW ORLEANS, Feb. 6 (UPI) -- DeMarcus Cousins provided a double threat with 28 points and 19 rebounds Monday, powering the Sacramento Kings to a 100-92 win over New Orleans.

Cousins dominated the boards, grabbing at least 19 rebounds for the fourth time this season -- second only to Orlando's Dwight Howard with six.

Tyreke Evans added 20 points and rookie Isaiah Thomas chipped in with 17 off the bench as the Kings logged their third straight triumph.

The reeling Hornets, meanwhile, fell for the 15th time in 16 contests despite 20 points and nine assists from Greivis Vasquez.

Emeka Okafor donated 19 points while Chris Kaman returned from an injury to contribute 10 and 12 rebounds in the New Orleans loss.
