
PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 3 (UPI) -- Dwyane Wade and LeBron James carried Miami to a big fourth quarter Friday, one that brought the Heat a 99-79 victory over Philadelphia.
Miami had only a four-point advantage heading into the final 12 minutes, but outscored Philadelphia 32-16 in the quarter, to win for the sixth time in seven games.
Wade had 26 points and James claimed 13 rebounds to go along with 19 points.
Miami has defeated the 76ers in each of their last nine regular-season meetings.
Miami made 8-of-13 from 3-point range and shot 51 percent from the field overall. Mario Chalmers added 13 points for the Heat.
Thaddeus Young scored 16 for Philadelphia off the bench. It was the final outing of the 76ers' season-long seven-game homestand, during which they went 5-2.
