Vikings fullback Felton charged with DWI

INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- New York Giants defensive end Osi Umenyiora was slapped with a $20,000 fine for missing a pre-Super Bowl media appointment, the team said Wednesday.
Umenyiora wasn't present Wednesday for a mandatory 45-minute interview session, for which he apologized.
The player said he "misunderstood the schedule," adding, "It won't happen again and I will be at tomorrow's media session and available after the game."
Umenyiora was with the Giants in Indianapolis as they prepared for Sunday's Super Bowl against the New England Patriots.
