NHL: Winnipeg 2, Philadelphia 1 (SO)

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 31 (UPI) -- Bryan Little's forehand shot past Ilya Bryzgalov in the third round of a shootout Tuesday boosted the Winnipeg Jets to a 2-1 decision over Philadelphia.

Ondrej Pavelec made saves on Sean Couturier, Claude Giroux and Jaromir Jagr in the tiebreaker to set up Little's game-winner.

Pavelec stopped 27 shots overall, helping the Jets notch their sixth straight victory over the Flyers.

Chris Thorburn scored Winnipeg's lone goal in regulation.

Brayden Schenn scored and Bryzgalov made 23 stops for Philadelphia.
