OAKLAND, Calif., Jan. 26 (UPI) -- Stephen Curry and David Lee combined for 58 points Wednesday and helped the Golden State Warriors pull away late for a 101-93 win over Portland.

The Warriors ended a three-game skid and handed the Trail Blazers their first loss in three outings.

Portland was within a point with 4:55 to play but then missed 5-of-6 shots while Golden State was inching in front.

Lee hit a jumper with 1:40 to go that gave the Warriors a five-point cushion and Portland came no closer than four points the rest of the way.

Curry had 32 points while Lee was scoring eight points above his season average with his 26. Both had six rebounds. The Warriors shot 52 percent from the field and made 11-of-20 from 3-point range.

LaMarcus Aldridge paced Portland with 18 points.
