NBA: Philadelphia 103, Washington 83

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Jrue Holiday and Elton Brand scored 17 points apiece for Philadelphia Monday and the 76ers beat Washington 103-83 for their eighth win in nine home games.

Brand hauled down nine rebounds, Jodie Meeks added 15 points and Lou Williams and Thaddeus Young each provided 14 for the Sixers.

The Wizards fell to a league-worst 2-15 with their third consecutive loss.

Jordan Crawford scored 17 points while Andray Blatche and John Wall each added 13 for Washington.
