
CHICAGO, Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Derrick Rose netted 22 points Monday in his return to the court after an injury, powering the NBA-best Chicago Bulls to a 110-95 win over New Jersey.
Rose dished off eight assists and grabbed five rebounds for Chicago after missing four games with a left big toe sprain.
Joakim Noah also returned to action Monday after missing the Bulls' previous game with an ankle sprain, providing 16 points and 10 rebounds in the win.
Richard Hamilton had 22 points -- including his 15,000th career point -- and 10 assists.
The Eastern Conference-leading Bulls ran their record to a league-best 16-3 and remained undefeated at home (8-0).
New Jersey was led by Jordan Farmar's 22 points off the bench while Deron Williams chipped in with 16 points and 10 assists.
