NEW YORK, Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Edmonton Oilers forward Jordan Eberle and Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Kris Letang were added to the NHL All-Star Game roster Monday.

They are injury replacements for Sunday's game in Ottawa, taking the roster spots of Minnesota Wild forward Mikko Koivu and Winnipeg Jets defenseman Dustin Byfuglien.

Eberle leads the Oilers in goals (17), assists (27) and points (44) in 44 games. Letang has five goals and 23 points in 25 games.

Wild forward Nick Johnson will sub for injured Oilers forward Ryan Nugent-Hopkins in the rookies' skills competition.
