TORONTO, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Recently acquired Rene Bourque scored his first goal for Montreal Saturday and the Canadiens went on to best Toronto 3-1.

Bourque, who came to the Canadiens in a Jan. 12 trade with the Calgary Flames, scored in the first period while Lars Eller and Raphael Diaz added final-frame tallies for the Habs.

Carey Price stopped 32-of-33 shots for Montreal, which registered only its second win in seven games.

Matthew Lombardi scored and Jonas Gustavsson made 20 saves for the Maple Leafs, who dropped their fourth in five contests.
