DENVER, Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Ryan O'Reilly completed a Colorado comeback by scoring with 1:05 to go in overtime Wednesday, giving the Avalanche a 4-3 victory over Florida.

The Panthers took a 3-1 lead 20 seconds into the third period on a goal from Tomas Kopecky, but Colorado rushed back to give Florida its third straight loss.

Peter Mueller, playing his third game since returning from a head injury that has caused him to miss most of the season, scored his second goal of the game to bring the Avalanche within one. The two goals for Mueller were his first of the season.

Paul Stastny tied it with a backhander with 3:17 remaining in regulation.

Jean-Sebastien Giguere got the win by making 26 saves. The four Colorado goals came against Jose Theodore on 44 shots.
