ANAHEIM, Calif., Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Francois Beauchemin started a stretch of four unanswered Anaheim goals Wednesday that brought the Ducks a 6-2 victory over Phoenix.

Beauchemin scored twice -- his first tally, on the power play, giving Anaheim a 2-1 lead late in the opening period.

Daymond Langkow tied it for the Coyotes 9:32 into the second, but the Ducks then blasted Phoenix goaltender Mike Smith the rest of the way. Smith allowed six goals on only 21 shots.

Beauchemin put the Ducks in front for good with 5:09 to go in the second and Jason Blake boosted the lead to 4-2 late in the period.

Matt Beleskey and Corey Perry added third-period goals. Jonas Hiller got the win by stopping 25-of-27 shots.
